Every year, in honour of Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, we ask for nominations for the best PEI Life PowerMoms and the best SuperDads! We have had several nominations in the past three years and are delighted when we can honour these heroes for LIFE!
A PEI PowerMom can be nominated to receive a grocery gift card in the value of $250 to feed and share with her family and friends. The old adage, that if you give a woman a house she will make a home, rings true that when you give a woman food, she will make a meal -providing love and life for her table!
Any mom, grandmothers, moms of many and moms of one, young and old, can be nominated. Let us know why you think she is the best mom ever!
A mother is the heart of the family. When she chooses LIFE, her family thrives and flourishes. When we raise up mothers, we witness to the world a story of LIFE. We let the world know, that this mom is stronger than she thought and more courageous than a lion! Her example empowers and emboldens others to follow in her footsteps and say YES to LIFE.
Our PEI SuperDad program honours a father nominated by his family or friends. Any dad can be a SuperDad and we ask that you consider all the good men who have spent their lives loving and serving their family. Nominate your favourite SuperDad and let us know why you think he is the best! The lucky winner will receive a PEI LIFE SuperDad BBQ Apron and 2 Steaks with some BBQ Sauce!
Young men today often have not had the privilege of a dad while growing up. To be a good father, they need to see the many good fathers in the community. Highlighting a PEI SuperDad sends the message that good men – real men – are fathers and stick with their families. They can make all the difference in the child’s and the mother’s life.
