PEI LIFE Association is pleased to invite you, your parish leadership, and your congregations to a special public awareness tour this April: Made for Life: What’s Wrong with MAiD.

This forum is a collaboration among Focus on the Family Canada, the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC), the Christian Medical and Dental Association of Canada (CMDA Canada), Inspire FM, and PEI Life. Together, we are traveling across the Maritime provinces to address the expansion of MAiD and discuss a better approach to care that honors the God-given dignity of every person.

Mark your calendar: Each stop includes both an evening event for the public and a morning session specifically for pastoral leaders:

  • Evening: Public Awareness Event (6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.) Everyone is welcome to attend this forum, which will benefit anyone interested in understanding the challenges of MAiD. The evening features biblical, legal, theological, and practical perspectives, followed by a deep-dive Q&A panel session.
  • Morning: Pastoral Leadership Session (10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) A dedicated, private session for priests, pastors and spiritual care workers to share real questions and scenarios encountered in ministry. We will focus on navigating pastoral scripts, clearing up “DNR vs. MAiD” confusion, and sharing practical leadership resources.

We are in Charlottetown on:

  • Wednesday evening, April 15 (public) & Thursday morning, April 16 (priests/pastors/leadership): Community Baptist Church, 162 Sherwood Rd, Charlottetown, PE C1E 3J3
